Louie Mack’s Steakhouse is an upscale restaurant founded in Lakeland, Florida in June 2006. Founders Gary Kinnick and Jeff Holden had a vision of a steakhouse that was a warm and inviting place to relax with existing friends and make new ones. A steakhouse dedicated not only to serving the finest aged USDA prime cuts of steak in Polk County, but also the freshest fish delivered daily and signature desserts made from scratch in our own kitchen. Louie Mack’s is unique in providing guests with a choice of having their steaks prepared on our custom made 11 foot wood burning grill or in a trademark 1800 degree radiant broiler. Either way, you are sure to enjoy the finest steak in Polk County. We age our own steaks up to 28 days and individually cut them daily to ensure tenderness and quality.
