Are reservations for dinner available?

Yes, we accept dinner reservations seven nights per week. Call Louie Mack’s at 863-619-6500 and a hostess will happily reserve a table for you. All reservations will be held for 15 minutes past the reserved time and then the table will become available for general seating. Please call ahead if you are unable to dine with us and we will open your table up for others.

Is valet parking available?

Yes, valet parking is a complimentary service provided for your convenience.

Is Louie Mack’s available for lunch?

Yes, we are willing to reserve a room for daytime private parties and business meetings. Contact our Marketing & Event Specialist, 863-619-6500, or privateparties@lmsteakhouse.com for specifics.

How do I receive notice of special events and discounts?

Simply become a Friend of Louie Mack’s by clicking on the LM eClub tab located throughout the website and filling in the requested contact information. You will begin receiving announcements of special offers and discounts via e-mail. In addition, as a new found friend, your name will automatically be entered into a monthly drawing for a $100 gift certificate.

Is Louie Mack’s Steakhouse a chain restaurant? I am sure I have dined at one before.

We hear that question all of the time. The name Louie Mack’s just has that type of ring to it. We think you will agree that you will not enjoy the attention to detail, the quality of steaks and seafood, and the unsurpassed level of service at a chain restaurant. This is the first and only Louie Mack’s Steakhouse.

Why did it take Louie Mack’s so long to be built?

In the day and age of corporations building box-like looking chain restaurants in 160 days, Louie Mack’s did seem a long time in coming. In fact it took close to 4 years from concept development through construction to staff training to open Louie Mack’s. The owners had a vision of an upscale steakhouse committed to the highest quality of steaks and seafood, and unparalleled service. A restaurant dedicated to earning the loyalty of the residents of Polk County. And frankly, we could not stop tinkering with the design and feel of the restaurant. We wanted to create a unique look and ambiance to Louie Mack’s, and we continued to upgrade the design until the day we opened. We hope you enjoy the end result.

How old do I have to be to work for Louie Mack’s Steakhouse?

You have to be a minimum of 15 years old to an employee.

Can I bring a special dessert or food item to the Restaurant and eat it with my meal?

Although we try to accommodate all special requests, and do encourage people to order and make special arrangements through our events coordinator, there may be an occasion where you wish to bring a something to the restaurant. We will be happy to allow you to do this, however, we charge a $3.00 plating fee.
